Where are you located?

Our head office is located just 40 minutes from Toronto’s downtown core in the lakeside city of Burlington, Ontario.

My organization is in Vancouver, B.C. Do you work with clients across the country?

Absolutely. We have clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada and North America. Our process works well both virtually and in-person.

Can you create a customized solution?

Of course. In fact, it’s what we do best.  We tailor our solutions to meet the needs of your business that also include some proven frameworks.

Can you help us recruit for a specific role?

We have been providing recruitment services for over 20 years. Our Founder, Lori Moffatt, has worked in recruitment her entire career and has deep passion for helping organizations find the right talent.

We love start-ups and it has been our “sweet spot”. We’ll take you through every stage of the people and talent management process, from defining your corporate culture, to recruiting the right person for the right job, to onboarding, development, team-building, engagement and retention.
