Lori Moffatt

Founder, Principal, Chief Talent Advisor

For two decades, Lori has worked with companies large and small to bring people, passion and performance together to improve the lives and productivity of employees, organizations and teams.  Her mission is to help organizations hire, develop and engage top talent to achieve great results.

A seasoned and engaging facilitator and trained coach with expertise that spans strategy and planning, Lori brings fresh ideas and relevant experience to her clients. She's a workplace assessment expert, and offers that deep knowledge to her clients to assist them in creating enhance workplace performance.

She’s the former head of the People and Culture division for a large, national health care company and a former Director of Sales for the world's largest staffing agency.

Throughout her career, she has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with HR professionals and senior leaders to solve some of the most challenging people requirements.  She understands the complexity of corporate life and her clients benefit from her insights and her human approach.

Lori’s credentials include: CTI Coaching Training, CPBA Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst, CPVA Certified Professional Values Analyst, Certified Attributes Index Analyst, and Certified TriMetrix® Analyst.  She is also a Certified Facilitator of Crucial Conversations, a training system awarded best-in-its-class by the Human Resource Executive.

Jim Stewart

 Principal, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jim brings to the table over 30 years of diverse business experience in all sizes of organizations.  Prior to joining Focus Insights in 2008, he was President and majority owner of an Ontario-based wireless distribution company.

Jim started his career in the corporate world, and early on served in a variety of sales, sales management and senior sales management positions, including the National Director of Sales of a leading telecom manufacturing company.

A self-described ‘hands-on’ entrepreneur, Jim co-founded Troy Technologies Limited in the late 1980's, with a mission to make early and mid-stage investments in primarily Canadian information technology organizations, and along with his two partners, to serve as part of the senior operating management team within these companies. As it evolved, Troy and its subsequent iterations held ownership positions and management responsibilities in eight different organizations, and ultimately was part of a public share issue on the London Stock Exchange, in concert with a large Canadian pension fund and a U.K.-based telecommunications company.

Jim discovered the power of assessments during his time at Troy. He found them to be an irreplaceable tool in understanding, managing and developing employees within the Troy stable of companies. He has since received TTI Certification as a Professional Behavioural Analyst and Professional Values Analyst, and has also received certification training as a TriMetrix Analyst.

Robyn Warren

Talent Consultant & Trainer

Robyn has been working with Focus Insights since 2014. She’s passionate about people and helping them to uncover their personal strengths and apply them to work that they find meaningful.

As a Talent Consultant and Trainer, she works with clients to help them understand their assessment profiles, and provides personal development training and facilitation designed to increase both employee and corporate self-awareness, resulting in greater employee engagement, more productive teams and enhanced levels of communication.

Prior to joining Focus Insights, Robyn held various roles in operational management. She spent 15 years as a Director of Operations, overseeing all people and daily operations, including external program executions, and the implementation of the Learning and Development plans for all team members. From there, Robyn went on to a large national healthcare company as a key member of the HR Corporate team, where she helped align tactical business objectives with HR programs and initiatives, including designing a National Engagement Strategy, implementing an HCM, and delivering and executing Leadership Development training for People Leaders.

Robyn is certified in DISC, PIAV and TriMetrix with TTI Success Insights, the world’s leading developer of research-based, validated assessments.
